Details & Requirements:
- Answer inbound and outbound calls.
- Assess caller’s needs and inform them of available services.
- Gather information, perform research, and resolve inquiries.
- HS diploma or college degree.
- Work an 8-hour shift, Monday – Friday between 6 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. and occasional Saturdays.
$13.50 per hour + depending on experience
